Les Habitations Paul-Pratt is a non-profit, community-based housing organization whose mission is to provide a safe and stimulating living environment for individuals aged 60 and over.

Located on Lamarre Street, the building is 4 storeys high and provides essentially 65 3.5 bedroom apartments. Each floor has a community lounge. The L-shape of the building allows for an interior courtyard, resulting in a calm and restful environment.
