Construction Socam - a division of the SOCAM group - has been mandated by the City of Laval for the major renovation contract for the Mike Bossy Arena. The arena will be closed for a one-year period from August 2018 to August 2019.

Plans include replacing and upgrading refrigeration equipment, replacing electrical, mechanical equipment, expanding the mechanical room and entrance hall to allow universal accessibility, repairing the roof, expanding changing rooms and refreshing finishes (walls, floor, ceilings).
